The gap between a 4% and a 34% conversion lift isn't the tools. It's OperatorAI (GoGoChimp's CRO methodology, distinct from OpenAI's Operator agent product). 13 years of CRO pattern recognition encoded into an AI system that runs experiments while you sleep.
If two of those landed, the free AI audit is worth 15 minutes.
Book my free AI audit →The gap between AI and 34% is knowing what to test, what to prioritise, and when to stop the AI from getting it wrong. That's OperatorAI: 13 years of CRO pattern recognition wrapping the tools.
WHAT YOU GET
Your site loads in 6 seconds. Competitors load in 2. Every extra second costs 7% of your conversions. We fix the speed. AI monitors it stays fixed.
The headline your designer wrote 2 years ago has never been tested. AI generates 20 variants in minutes. We pick the hypotheses worth testing. Live traffic picks the winner.
Predictive heatmaps show where visitors actually look (with 96% accuracy). We redesign layouts so your CTA lands where attention already goes.
Different visitors want different things. AI shows returning customers one experience and first-time visitors another. Average lift: 26%.
One extra form field costs 11% of completions. We strip friction from every step between interest and conversion — checkout, demo request, signup.
68% of your traffic is on mobile. 40% conversion lift from mobile-specific AI personalisation. We optimise for the screen your customers actually use.
CASE STUDIES
Enzymedica went from 3.4% to 16.9% conversion (5× lift on Black Friday). Super Area Rugs grew 216% in 37 days. Helix Binders nearly tripled monthly revenue in 11 days. See what we tested, why, and what changed.
Read the case studies →Your CFO (or your boss) asks why revenue jumped 23% when the ad spend didn’t move. You pull up a one-page monthly report and show them the 47 experiments that shipped in the last 90 days — what each one changed, what each one earned, which ones failed and why that still matters.
She scans it over coffee. There’s nothing to argue with. Every number traces back to a test, every test traces back to a hypothesis, every hypothesis was picked because 13 years of pattern recognition said it was the right one to run first.
She closes the report and says the sentence you’ve been waiting to hear: “What would it take to double the budget?”
That’s Month 3 on the Growth plan. Most clients describe it as the first time their website felt like a revenue channel instead of a brochure.
Why I built this
I led growth at Roadtrippers when it crossed 3 million active users, then growth at FOMO when it hit a $2.5M valuation in six months. Every week I’d sit in planning meetings watching teams argue about which version of a page to ship — with zero data backing either side.
The winner was always whoever argued hardest. The site never got better, because we weren’t testing anything. We were performing.
GoGoChimp exists because a website shouldn't be a series of opinions. It should be an answer to a question the data already has. AI can run 30+ tests a quarter. What it can't do is tell you which tests matter — which is why we pair it with 13 years of CRO operator pattern recognition. The 347 Method proves the approach; OperatorAI is how we deliver it.

The tools are available to everyone. What you’re buying from us is the 13 years of pattern recognition that makes them work 4–7× better. Still want to try the tools first? Go for it.
We’ll be here when you want the 28% version.

Talk to us about Scale
Not sure which tier fits? Start with the free AI audit. We’ll tell you what your site needs and recommend a plan based on the data — not a sales target.
A 15-minute screen share where we walk through three things: your page speed data and what it’s costing you, a predictive heatmap of your homepage showing where visitors actually look, and three AI-generated alternatives to your current headline. No commitment. No follow-up sequence.
Traditional CRO agencies run 2–3 tests per quarter and take 6–8 weeks per cycle. We run 30+ experiments per quarter with AI compressing each cycle to 8–12 days. Same strategic thinking. Five times the velocity.
You can. VWO, Optimizely, and Fibr are all good tools. But the data shows self-serve AI achieves 4–7% improvements. With expert configuration, the same tools deliver 28–34%. The gap is expertise, not technology.
It depends on your starting point. Sites with obvious speed issues, untested copy, and no personalisation typically see the biggest gains fastest. The 347 Method (Build Grow Scale's research across 347 stores) shows human-guided AI delivers 28–34% average conversion improvement.
Speed fixes show up within days. The first AI copy tests typically reach statistical significance within 2–4 weeks. By month 3 on the Growth plan, you’ll have run 30+ experiments with clear revenue attribution for each one.
On the Scale tier, we include a performance guarantee: measurable conversion improvement within 90 days or billing pauses until we deliver. On Growth, the 3-month minimum gives us enough time to run 30+ tests — statistically, that volume always surfaces wins.
Yes. Our testing and speed tools work across all major platforms. Shopify and WooCommerce are our most common, but the methodology is platform-agnostic. If you have a website with traffic, we can test it. We work with UK, European, and US clients.
Google Analytics access, Google Tag Manager access (if you have it), and a 30-minute onboarding call. After that, we handle everything. Most clients spend less than an hour per month on this — reviewing the monthly report and approving the next test plan.

Ecommerce conversion rate is the percentage of site visitors who complete a purchase. Sessions with a transaction, divided by total sessions, multiplied by 100. Most platforms also track add-to-cart rate, checkout-initiation rate, and checkout-completion rate as sub-conversions. The headline number is the tax you pay at the top of the funnel for every visitor you never converted.
The widely-cited industry average sits around 2-3% across most ecommerce verticals (Shopify benchmark data, 2024). Anything below 1% is structurally broken. 3-5% is healthy. Above 5% is either a brand with strong demand-side pull or a CRO programme that has been running with discipline for at least two quarters. Build Grow Scale's 2026 review of 347 stores found expert-guided AI testing delivers 28-34% lifts on top of those baselines.
Total transactions divided by total sessions, multiplied by 100. GA4 reports it as "session conversion rate" under engagement reports. Two pitfalls. First, transactions per user (not per session) is a different number and often higher. Second, bot traffic inflates the denominator and depresses the conversion rate if your filtering is loose. Clean the data before benchmarking it.
Three priorities in order. Page speed (one second of load time costs 7% of conversions on industry benchmarks). Headline and value proposition clarity above the fold (most pages bury the offer). Checkout friction reduction (Baymard Institute documents 18% of cart abandonment as "complicated checkout"). Everything else is downstream. Test those three before you test button colours.
BeeFRIENDLY Skincare (Ezra Firestone brand), 2017. Annual revenue $48,000 to $1,447,225 from page-speed-driven CRO alone. Bounce rate 82.04% to 38.4%. Per-visitor value $1.28 to $29.03 after a 2.24-second page-speed reduction. Single intervention, one operator, theme-code edits plus image compression plus WebP. Numbers held for at least six months post-implementation.
Speed wins land in 2-4 weeks (Affordable Golf's homepage LCP went from 21.3s to 6.1s in a Phase 1 engagement in March 2026). Hypothesis-led A/B testing wins take 4-6 weeks per test to reach 99% significance on a typical Shopify traffic load. Compounding programme results show up at the 3-month mark. Anyone promising "double your conversion rate in 30 days" is selling you a single test, not a programme.
Customer interviews to surface real purchase blockers. Heatmap and session-recording analysis (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, CrazyEgg). Hypothesis prioritisation against revenue impact. A/B test design and statistical-engine configuration. Test reads at 99% significance. Monthly written reports plus review calls. Across an engagement that is 30+ experiments per quarter on GoGoChimp's Growth and Scale tiers, ranked by expected revenue, not by ease.
Fashion sits around 1.5-2.5%. Health and beauty 2.5-3.5%. Home and garden 1.5-2%. Food and beverage 2-3%. Luxury and high-AOV stores 0.5-1.5% (lower rate, higher order value). Enzymedica UK in the health-supplement vertical ran a 3.4% baseline before The Evidence Stack engagement, lifted to 16.9% on Black Friday 2021 and 11% sustained through December 2021.
